Garrison Brown’s Texts Reveal How Worried Sister Wives Stars Were Before Tragic Death

Garrison Brown’s final messages to the Sister Wives cast reveal more details about his death. Janelle and Kody Brown’s son was an incredible young man who tragically passed away in March 2024. Garrison had been struggling with mental health issues that impacted his daily life, but not everyone was aware of his struggles. In the days leading up to his death, Garrison sent some unusual messages to his loved ones and friends. When he eventually stopped communicating with them, Janelle sent her other son, Gabriel, to Garrison’s place to investigate, where he discovered that his brother had passed away.

Recently, In Touch reported screenshots of some of Garrison’s final texts that reveal worrying details. One such text shows him taking a day off from work and calling in sick. The text reads, “been vomiting blood this morning and I’m gonna take myself to the clinic, probably.” Another concerning text shows Janelle worrying about Garrison and asking him if he’s okay. He replies with, “I’m not,” and the matriarch offers him to visit her. Janelle says, “want to come over and crash here,” adding that she’ll even pay for his cab.

The Last Messages From Logan & Janelle Remain Unopened On Garrison’s Phone

Other screenshots show Garrison sending a few alarming texts. One of them has him talking about his academic life, where he admits he’s “struggling with school.”

Another text shows him replying to a friendly paintball fight photo, telling his friends, “I want to hate you for sharing the good times. But I can’t. I miss these days.” A few screenshots also show Garrison’s brother, Logan Brown, worrying about him. Janelle asks him to help. The photo of Garrison’s phone reveals that he didn’t check his mother or Logan’s final texts requesting him to reach out.

Although Garrison’s texts don’t directly explain his tragic passing, they provide insight into the reality of the situation. It seems neither family nor friends knew what was going through Garrison’s head. Some loved ones, like Janelle, were worried that Garrison wasn’t okay. However, they couldn’t have imagined the kind of emotional turmoil Garrison might have experienced that particular day. The texts also show how everyone Garrison knew cared for him. Janelle wanted him to come to her, so she could care for him, and Logan wanted to make sure he was okay.

The heartbreaking screenshots also hint at what Garrison’s family must have felt after his passing. Janelle may have blamed herself for not acting promptly when she sensed something was wrong with her son that fateful day. Some of Garrison’s family members knew he was struggling with mental health, so his siblings likely felt terrible for not checking on him sooner. Hopefully, the Sister Wives cast won’t blame themselves for Garrison’s passing or feel responsible for not getting him professional help when he first exhibited such behavior.
