Sister Wives’ Christine Brown Spends St. Patrick’s Day Honoring Garrison With His Favorite Food

Sister Wives star Christine Brown celebrated St. Patrick’s Day by paying tribute to Garrison and his favorite breakfast. The Brown family is still reeling from the passing of Garrison Brown, who died by suicide on March 5. Over the years, Kody Brown and Janelle Brown’s son has appeared on Sister Wives, but his relationship with his father hasn’t always been smooth sailing. Everything intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic, when Kody accused Garrison of not following the rules he put in place for their health and safety.

Christine Brown took to Instagram to reveal that she made Garrison’s favorite breakfast as a way to continue honoring him.

On St. Patrick’s Day 2024, which occurred on March 17, Christine took to Instagram to reveal how she’s continuing to pay tribute to Garrison, even after her initial statements. In her Instagram post’s caption, she said that she made “Garrison’s favorite breakfast today” but with a green tint to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Christine went on to say that she’s going to continue remembering and honoring Garrison, “no matter what life throws at us daily.” She admitted that trying to balance her day-to-day life and other milestones like holidays is “difficult” under the current circumstances, but she’s going to keep trying, as a way to move forward while never forgetting Garrison and the enormous contributions he made before his death. Christine finished her caption with some hashtags, including one that noted the food she made was mock tapioca pudding.

Christine’s Instagram post included two photos and a video. The first photo showed all the ingredients displayed on the counter. The video showed Christine making the mock tapioca pudding, with the ingredients listed on top of the video. The final photo then revealed the final product of mock tapioca pudding with a green tint for St. Patrick’s Day. This isn’t the first time Christine has paid tribute to Garrison. On March 7, she acknowledged how caring Garrison was to Truely; she said he even helped Truely build a flowerbed.

Christine continued posting various family photos in the days after that, including ones that showed Garrison as a really young child. Kody and Janelle also paid tribute to their son, posting similar statements in the aftermath of Garrison’s passing. One of the photos Janelle posted was the final group shot of the entire family, which was taken on or around Christmas 2023. Meri Brown acknowledged that Garrison will be greatly missed as the family attempts to move into a new normal amid such a horrific tragedy.

The entire Brown family has been in mourning since finding out that Garrison died earlier this month. It has been heartwarming but also heartbreaking to see the photos and messages that various family members, including Garrison’s siblings like Gwendlyn Brown and Madison Brush, have shared online with their social media followers. They got the chance to say goodbye to Garrison at a recent funeral service. According to Mykelti Padron, the entire family showed up to pay their respects.
